Software Refund
- Eligibility for Refund: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We believe in our software so much we are willing to take all the risk here.
- Refund Request: To request a refund, please email us at support@billclap.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the reason for your refund request and your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email you received from us.
- Criteria for Approval: Refunds will be approved if any feature or functionality demonstrated or claimed by BillClap through any official channel, including but not limited to the website or advertisements, is not present or not working as intended.
- Processing of Refund: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 working days from the date of refund approval.
Hardware Refund
- Eligibility for Refund: For hardware products like our 2-inch/3-inch Printer, we provide a 1-year warranty. If the product is defective or does not work as promised, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- Refund Request: Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical goods beyond the 7-day period.
- Criteria for Approval: Refunds will be approved under the condition that the product is defective or does not work as promised.
- Processing of Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 working days from the date of refund approval.
- Warranty Claims After 7 Days: If any issue arises with the product after the initial 7-day period but within the 1-year warranty period, please email us at support@billclap.com or contact your Relationship Manager to raise a ticket. Depending on your location, the product will either be picked up by the BillClap team or you may need to send it to us via courier. After we receive the product, it will either be replaced or repaired and handed back to you. The time required for replacement or repair can vary depending on the issue with the hardware. We assure you that we will repair or replace your product as soon as possible.
